Kyle A. Marcum

Kyle Marcum joined the firm as an associate attorney in August, 2009. Kyle is originally from Clarinda, IA. In May, 2006, he graduated with distinction, near the top 2% of his class, from Iowa State University. He has a BS in History and Political Science.

In May, 2009, Kyle graduated from The University of Iowa College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Iowa (2009) and Nebraska (2010). Kyle practices primarily in the areas of taxation, estate planning and probate, business law, and real estate.

Kyle is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, the Pottawattamie County Bar Association, and Council Bluffs Estate Planning Council.
