Bruce B. Green

Bruce is a 1986 graduate of Treynor High School in Treynor, Iowa. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (with highest distinction) from the University of Iowa in 1990, graduating first in his class.   Bruce received his J.D. (with high distinction) from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1993.

Bruce joined the firm as an associate attorney in March, 1997 after practicing  four years in Omaha, Nebraska.  Bruce became a partner in the firm on January 1, 1998.

Bruce is licensed to practice law in Iowa, Nebraska and the United States Court of Federal Claims, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association, Pottawattamie County Bar Association, Southwest Iowa Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, Omaha Bar Association, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and the National Employment Lawyers Association. He practices in the area of administrative law, civil litigation, civil rights, employment law, insurance and reinsurance litigation, products liability, premise liability, personal injury, workers' compensation, as well as the formation of agriculture and value added cooperatives.
