The exchange of e-mail also is not deemed to constitute the establishment of an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship with our firm may only be established by an agreement letter by our firm. Persons already represented by an attorney in a case in which our firm is involved should not contact us by e-mail. We will not discuss the value of legal advice received elsewhere. We will not accept legal work if formation of the attorney-client relationship as a result of this website violates the laws of your state.
